The beautiful thatched lodge nestles between permanent water and grass-swept plains Natural materials and earthy tones have been used in the construction of the luxurious Sandibe Safari Lodge where eight thatched cottages and a central lounge and dining area blend into the surrounding forests. The viewing decks of Sandibe’s private cottages look out onto the river and bush, and an open outside shower allows guests to get back to nature.
Impressive Pan-African dishes are cooked in a traditional camp kitchen and served outside in the boma; on the main deck between the fig and palm trees; on your private deck for a romantic candle lit dinner; or at a surprise bush picnic.
Sandibe’s prime location between permanent water and the open plains offers guests a wide range of wildlife-related activities and water-based adventures. Depending on the season, enjoy exhilarating game drives with your knowledgeable ranger who will open up a whole new world for you.
