With 10 tents hidden in the shadow of ancient trees, Governors IL Moran Camp is a small camp and is widely regarded as the premier camp in the Masai Mara. Each room is furnished to high standards with hand carved beds and Victorian style bathrooms.

Your private veranda at Governors IL Moran Camp is for lazy afternoons and of course private dining if you prefer some romance. Or you can join the rest of the guests for condon-bleuu dinners by candlelight deep in the bush!

Your personal manager, Patrick, will ensure that you have a superb safari experience at Governors IL Moran Camp. You have three game experiences each day and can choose between game drives with a well qualified ranger, or bush walks where you learn more about the flora and fauna.

Additional activities at Governors IL Moran Camp include hot air ballooning, cultural and school visits as well as safaris to see the Great Migration.

From July to October each year the Great Wildebeest Migration passes through the Masai Mara. More than a million wildebeest and zebra surge up from the Serengeti in search of seasonal grasses to sustain them. This is a spectacle not to be missed experience at Governors IL Moran Camp.
