Mount Kenya
Mount Kenya is the second largest mountain in Africa, with a summit covered in snow even though it is situated on the equator.
The fertile soils and farming community surrounding Mount Kenya has led to the area being the playground of the rich and famous. Rub shoulders with the celebs as you climb the mountain peak or enjoy game viewing on the lower slopes where there is a generous splattering of animals
Climb Mount Kenya or relax at one of our favourite lodges and enjoy the peace and solitude.

| Best time to travel |
|
The best time to travel to Mount Kenya is year round, but avoiding the rains in April, May and November. Depending on the altitude you are at, the temperatures vary from warm and temperate to freezing at the summit.
