Londolozi Varty Camp, Sabi Sand
At the site of the original hunting camp at Londolozi, built over 80 years ago, is where the Londolozi Varti Camp now lies. With its homestead atmosphere and earthy d'cor, Londolozi Varty Camp has a lovely old fashioned atmosphere.
The accommodation is superb offering eight chalets and two suites with private plunge pools and elevated timber decks. The focal point of each suite is a luxurious bathroom with superb views of the lush green riverine vegetation- the height of relaxation is being able to gaze from your bath over uninterrupted sightings!
Varty Camp also features the Londolozi Living boutique and a lovely African craft shop and gallery. For the energetic souls in need of exercise there is a gym, large swimming pool and a massage treatment room in times of rejuvenation.
Activities at Londolozi Varty Camp are plenty: enjoy some relaxing yoga in the bush; fitness activities with a view of the animals; interpretive walks or visit the Shangaan cultural village!
Londolozi Varty Camp focuses on many things and because it has a lovely down-to-earth feel, children are made to feel particularly welcome. The Londolozi Cub Programme makes sure that every day is filled with fun and fascination in which learning is part of a great new experience! Children over six years are welcomed on game drives while the younger ones are kept at the lodge and childminders make sure they are always busy.
