An upmarket addition to the MalaMala Game Reserve, Sable Camp, is the smallest of the three lodges in this popular private game reserve. The 6 chalets, provide every conceivable luxury and the décor is a lavish Afro-colonial chic. Set in a prime, elevated position overlooking the Sand River, your room is the perfect place to soak up the view of passing animals.
The main lodge is decorated with African artworks and colonial relics. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed and thoroughly inviting. Here you spend time between game drives enjoying the safari bar as well as cooling off in the swimming pool. The library with satellite television and internet connectivity gives you the option to stay in touch with the world.
During your stay you will enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with the excellent Mala Mala rangers. Leopard and chetah abound in the area and your ranger will explain the exciting details of life in the wild, as well as the flora and fauna.
The Sable Camp does not accommodate children under the age of 16, unless the entire camp is reserved exclusively.
