Gardens fringed with lavender and roses scent the air and provide a serene setting for the fifteen guest suites of Le Quartier’s Auberge. Elegant interiors are fresh and colourful and each suite has a spacious lounge where guests can unwind with a drink from the complimentary full bar (in the suite) . Le Quartier Français’ restaurants serve, without doubt, some of the finest food in South Africa and it is no surprise that awards continue to roll in for both the restaurant and its executive chef, thought by many to be the best in the country. Ici is the less formal of the two restaurants at Le Quartier Français and serves delicious, simple fare. Dinners in The Tasting Room are a lengthily and extravagant affair where tasting menus are paired with the finest South African wines.
