Tarangire National Park
Massive herds of up to 300 elephants share space with migratory wildebeest, zebra and other plains game in the shrinking lagoons of the Tarangire National Park.
This massive population of wildlife is a regular smorgasbord for predators and as the only regular water in the area, the animals congregate, making for an outstanding safari experience. Because there is very little water in the Tarangire National Park, the game viewing is especially good in the dry season.
