To make matters even more original, there are no doors or glass in the windows, allowing for the baths and showers to be open air- perfect for those needing to feel the freedom of space away from reality!
Overlooking the lovely Luangwe River, the house, swimming pool and glorious deck also stand alongside the rugged landscape of the Zambezi National Park.
Self-contained and staffed, the house is in fact a private safari camp with its own management couple, butler and chef, highly trained guide as well as your own private game-viewing vehicle.
With not a straight line in the house, one of the best features of Chongwe River House is that there are no limits, restrictions and rehearsed schedules.
