Ulusaba
Owned by Sir Richard Branson, the Ulusaba Private Game Reserve in the Sabi Sands is revered for its vast and diverse population of game. In true Branson style, there are two mind blowing lodges - Ulusaba Rock Lodge and Ulusaba Safari Lodge.
Ulusaba. The Sabi Sands Game Reserve is well known for its large and diverse population of game. Ulusaba is an excellent safari destination because it has 10 000 acres of traversing land in the Sabi Sands and fenceless boundaries with the surrounding Kruger National Park. Add to that the extreme luxury at both Ulusaba Rock Lodge and Ulusaba Safari Lodge and you've got the classic African luxury safari.
The two Ulusaba lodges are very different in architecture and location.
Ulusaba Rock Lodge is perched on a hill overlooking the Sabi Sands Game Reserve offering panoramic views of the Kruger National Park.
Ulusaba Safari Lodge is built along the banks of a river giving you the opportunity to get very close to the animals from your room.
In the company of your professional field guide and tracker, your daily game drives and walking safaris at Ulusaba take you through the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Each game drive is eventful and richly rewarding, and you can expect to see large numbers of animals. The excellent game viewing experience at Ulusaba Private Game Reserve is complimented by other activities such as stargazing, bird watching and moonlit bush dinners or sundowners.
