TOUR INTINERARY AND TOUR FACTS
Day 1: South Luangwa, Mfuwe Lodge
Arrive in Lusaka for your flight on to Mfuwe, where you will be met and driven back to Mfuwe Lodge in an open landrover. Mfuwe Lodge is fronted by one of the area’s many lagoons, which draws the local wildlife, creating excellent game viewing opportunities. In the luxurious chalets, guests are made to feel at one with nature. Go on an evening/night drive, on which you may spot lots of predators, before dinner at the lodge.

Day 2 - 3: South Luangwa, Chamilandu
A road transfer will deliver you to Chamilandu on the banks of the Luangwa River, with Chindeni Hills as its backdrop. Let the walking safari begin! Return from your early morning walks to a generous brunch; the remainder of the day is at leisure before an evening walk or game drive. Charming tree-house chalets at Chamilandu feature four-poster beds and have fabulous views.

Day 4 - 5: South Luangwa, Chindeni
Continuing in the land of the walking safari, you will set off for Chindeni camp (your luggage will be awaiting your arrival). The birdlife along the way is excellent and you are certain to spot lots of antelope and other game. Spend two nights in the stylish luxury tents at Chindeni.

Day 6 - 7: South Luangwa, Bilimungwe
Walking on, further south you will reach the confluence of the Kapamba and Luangwa rivers and Bilimungwe bush camp. This is the southernmost camp in the South Luangwa National park, and it rests under towering mahogany trees. A thatched dining area and bar overlooks a permanent waterhole allowing guests to observe the constant wildlife activity. Enjoy your last two days of walking safaris.

Day 8: Departure
Return by road to Mfuwe Lodge and onto Mufwe Airport where you connect onto your flight back to Lusaka.
