Lemala Kuria Hills Lodge overlooks the vast plains of the Northern Serengeti from its remote hillside location.  These scenic grassy hills, woodlands and watercourses attract game year-round and are close to the Mara River, bordering the Maasai Mara. The area is famous for its dramatic wildebeest crossings during the Great Migration every year between July and October. Open-vehicle game drives with cocktails at sunset, delicious meals and a peaceful spa are all indulgences of this Lodge.

Lemala Kuria Hills is a luxurious lodge with 15 glass-fronted safari tents, set discretely among the boulders, overlooking the vast grasslands of the Serengeti. Each suite is elegantly designed with modern furnishings as well as a few authentic African touches.

The tented rooms accommodate either 3 or 4 guests each and have a private deck overlooking the plains, a spacious lounge, plunge pool and outdoor shower. By far the most dramatic feature of each room is the glass front which allows for game viewing, right from your bed.

The public areas are accessed via a sandy path from your tent and includes a bar, lounge, dining areas and a swimming pool. You’ll enjoy your meals either al fresco at the lodge, in the covered dining room or out in the bush.

Afternoon tea is a tradition before your game drive, and sundowners overlooking the plains are a daily ritual.

Secluded from the main areas, a spa tent offers a full range of beauty treatments and massages. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a laundry service add the final touches.

Lemala Kuria Hills is a remote camp and is accessed via 4×4 game vehicle from a private airstrip about 45km away. The Mara River, famous for the dramatic river-crossings of the Great Migration is less than 30 minutes drive from the lodge.
