We had such an amazing honeymoon so first off, I just want to say thank you!!! The whole trip was really so fabulous and the perfect combination of different, unique settings.

We absolutely loved Cape Town! It’s such a beautiful city and we would love to go back one day. The One&Only was perfect — our room was so nice and the location and service at the hotel was great. We also really loved David!! He was so knowledgable, personable, and fun to be with. We had such a great time with him during our Peninsula and wine tour 🙂

Onto Delaire Graff — there are really no words to describe how beautiful this place is. Chad and I were completely “wowed” upon walking into our room! The whole property is so breathtaking and it really felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We ate at both restaurants there which were great, enjoyed the spa, relaxed at the pool, and had lunch in Franschhoek. We were on the go the whole time in Cape Town, so it was really nice to get some relaxation in before heading off to safari.

The safari was such an incredible experience. We saw all of the Big 5 and more and loved each and every game drive, along with our driver and tracker. Lion Sands Ivory Lodge was perfect — the rooms were so nice and spacious and the service was really fabulous. It was also so amazing being on the Sabie River — the elephants would come everyday and we had so much fun watching them from our plunge pool. Not much can beat that!

Last but not least — Mozambique/paradise :). What a perfect way to end the trip! We really loved Azura Benguerra — it’s a beautiful place to stay and the service was above and beyond. The food was also delicious — probably the best fish we’ve had. We did a private beach picnic which really made us feel like we had an entire island to ourselves, went scuba diving, and horseback riding. And of course spent plenty of time just relaxing!
