Tuludi is the new gem in the crown of the Natural Selection collection. This fabulous, brand new camp is located in the 200 000 hectare Khwai Private Reserve, a pristine wilderness area of flood plains, waterways and forests in the heart of the Okavango Delta. Tuludi has seven, semi-tented tree-house style suites, shaded by leadwood trees.
The decor is a sophisticated mix of the contemporary and traditional safari themes with lots of airy open space and views out of the pristine ecosystem. There are six large double tents and one very large family tent. Each tented suite has an en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers and a bathtub. Each suite has its own private plunge pool.
The views from the suites and the main area are spectacular and large herds of elephants and buffalo are constantly traversing the area. The main area has a swimming pool and a unique elevated treehouse library! The camp has wifi.
No day will be the same at Tuludi, and with game drives, walking safaris and fantastic water-based game viewing on offer, you’ll discover the best of the Delta. The Khwai River is the main water source in the area, the waterways that spindle out through the grasslands attract game from far and wide, and there’s no shortage of zebra, giraffe, antelope, and other plains game. Expect prides of lion, and the occasional leopard or cheetah.
Conservation is a vital part of Natural Selection’s ethos. The Khwai Private Reserve is a private concession from which proceeds go straight back into the eco-tourism initiatives of the area and to the surrounding communities.
