The rangers at Mala Mala are employed for their knowledge of the African bush and their ability to communicate with people. They are highly qualified and will explain all aspects of ecology to you on your game drives. They will ensure that you not only see the Big Five, but also gain a complete understaning of the African bush.
Apart from conducting informative game drives, your ranger is your host for the duration of your stay. He serves drinks, attends to your needs during meals, takes you on game walks and ensures that you experience the Safari of a Lifetime!

Mala Mala Rattrays Camp is the most exclusive and formal of the Mala Mala lodges. The eight secluded rooms all overlook the Sand River.
