Kanga Camp is in a remote corner of Zimbabwe’s Mana Pools National Park, a world heritage site known for its excellent big game viewing.  This remote six tent camp overlooks the Kanga Pan which attracts lots of animals during the dry season. It is the ideal ‘armchair safari’ camp! Enjoy day and night game drives, canoeing, fishing and walking safaris led by highly qualified guides where you’re guaranteed to get close to elephants.

Kanga Camp offers just six timber-framed tents raised on wooden platforms. Each one is simply and elegantly outfitted and has a private deck and outdoor shower with views over the Kanga Pan. There is one family tent with a wraparound terrace as well as a private lounge and dining area overlooking the pan.

An ‘’armchair safari’’ from the camps viewing deck brings rewarding game sightings, and meals are served around the fire or on the dining platform. A bar, lounge, swimming pool and secluded seating nooks complete the picture. Game viewing is exceptional from this camp, with large game species passing through daily and a dedicated photography hide that delivers rewarding shots.

Kanga Camp is a remote camp, located 15km from the Zambezi River and is open to guests from April to November every year. The camp is accessible via charter plane to a nearby airstrip.
