Rra Dinare nestles in a private concession alongside Botswana’s Moremi Game Reserve, overlooking the Gomoti River floodplains. This eco-friendly camp is a delight for wildlife photographers and birders. From here you’ll venture out on sunset and evening game drives, mokoro safaris or afternoon game walks with an armed ranger in search of leopard, elephant, lion, hyena, cheetah and wild dog.

The camp consists of 8 tents and 1 guide’s tent crafted to blend into the surrounding palm forest and leave little impact on the Earth. Each tent is raised on stilts and constructed out of sustainably-sourced canvas and wood, with a thatched roof. 

These luxury accommodations sleep 2 people on twin or double beds draped in fine linens. One of the tents offers the option to accommodate 4 people. In-room amenities include en-suite bathrooms with outdoor rain showers, separate canvas-enclosed toilets and private decks with a view over the plains.

A central gathering area includes a restaurant, cosy bar, curio shop, spacious lounge and fire-pit as well a large pool with sun loungers. From here you have a panoramic view over the floodplains which draw game species from Makgadikgadi Pans as well as the nearby Nxai and Moremi concessions. Sable antelope, kudu, impala, zebra, buffalo, elephant and eland are often seen from this vantage point.
