Kadizora Camp is located in the game-rich Okavango Delta, between the famous Selinda Spillway and the Vumbura River. It’s the only camp that offers hot air balloon excursions over the Delta. Other activities include boating, mokoro safaris, day and night game drives, walking safaris and fishing. For a cultural experience visit a traditional village in the area.
At Kadizora Camp, guests are accommodated in 13 spacious safari tents, positioned for privacy and linked by raised wooden walkways. Each one sleeps two guests and is equipped with double or twin beds, a writing desk, lounge area, a private deck with views and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, double vanities and a shower. The furnishings are luxurious, featuring dark wood, plush carpets and high-quality finishes.
The shared spaces at Kadizora are built on wooden decking centred around a fire pit and include a lounge, bar and dining tent. There is also an outside dining area. A wooden walkway leads from the communal areas to a swimming pool with views over the flood plains. Pre-dinner drinks are enjoyed under the stars, followed by gourmet dining, and stargazing with a nightcap around the fire. Your day’s activities are bound to yield sightings of the Delta’s most interesting species. Lion, leopard, wild dog, hyena, cheetah, plains game and a multitude of birds are often seen on viewing excursions among the floodplains. Kadizora’s remote location means you can only access this camp via a scheduled light aircraft charter, as is typical for Botswana’s hidden away and exclusive destinations.
